Myth

"when I am skinny, happiness will come" NO! That might make you feel better and yes losing weight feels great, but if this is your mindset, you will never be "skinny"; at least not to yourself. No matter how much weight you lose, you will never be completely satisfied. Now, if you figure out how to be happy while you are YOU, skinny or not, you will be able to lose weight and get thin the HEALTHY way. Thinking that skinny makes happy is the first step to over-exercising disorders and depression. Trust me, its how my own mother fell into depression. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, lose weight the healthy way, and be happy!! Your life and your happiness are far more important than any number on a scale. (:
